This two-hour dance and music extravaganza contains a wealth of Irish talent. The show is an inspiring epic, reliving the journey of the Irish Celts throughout history. Using modern art forms of dance and music, this richly costumed show marries the contemporary and the ancient. Combining traditional dance and music with the most up to date stage technology, the show is a thousand year old story executed with all the advantages of the modern day stage show.

Rhythm of the Dance has heralded a new era in Irish entertainment, internationally rated as one of the most popular and busiest Irish step dance shows in the world. Rhythm of the Dance aspires to a purity content perserving the traditions of Irish step dancing and yet presenting it in the most modern format that has made it a leader in its field. The show features a live band, three tenors and some 22 dancers.

2010 Telethon Weekend will be held on Saturday 13
November 2010 and Sunday 14 November 2010.

Telethon Coles Kids Carnival

The 'Telethon Coles Kids Carnival' will take place in 2 pavilions
of the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre from 10am until 5pm
on Saturday 13 November 2010 and Sunday 14 November 2010.

The event will be bigger and better in 2010 and feature a huge variety
of children's rides such as:

- Bouncy Castles
- A Roller Coaster
- Monster Ball Arena
- Dragstar Slide
- Ferris Wheel
- Aqua Bubble
- Dragon Wheel
- Mini Twister Helicopters

Plus a stack of interactive activities from Stanbridges and a variety
of roving entertainment with face painting and balloon twisters.

Fat Cat and his friends will also pop by to say hello and to perform his
new show called 'Fat Cat Goes on Holidays'!

A celebrity stage in conjuction with Mix 94.5 will feature invited Telethon
celebrities to sign autographs and meet children and families.

Perth's number one radio station Mix 94.5 will broadcast live from the
carnival across the two days with announcers providing interviews with
the celebrities.

Entry will be $5 per person, but this year ALL RIDES INSIDE WILL BE

Telethon 2010

The excitement is building around the corridors of Channel 7 Perth as
Telethon 2010 gets closer and closer every week. This year the Telethon
weekend is 13 November 2010 and 14 November 2010 and will be held at
Perth Convention Exhibition Centre which has become 'the home of Telethon'.

So far Australia's Got Talent winners 'Justice Crew' have said yes to packing their bags and heading for Perth for the famous weekend. So
has Jessica Mauboy, The Potbelleez, Marcia Hines, Damien Leith, Wes
Carr, Stan Walker, Bobby Andonov and Mark Vincent.

From 7's Home and Away you'll see David Jones - Roberts (Xavier), Luke Mitchell (Romeo), Lynne McGranger (Irene), Lyn Collingwood (Colleen), Esther Anderson (Charlie), Bernard Curry (Hugo) and Rebecca Breeds (Ruby).

From Packed to the Rafters, Hugh Sheridan (Ben) and George Houvardas (Carbo) tell us they'll be here, along with Kochie, Mel and Nat from Sunrise. Kylie Gillies from The Morning Show will also make the trek across the Nullabor along with 2010's Dancing With The Stars winner Rob Palmer and Manu Feildel a chef who was one of the judges on 7's My Kitchen Rules earlier in the year.

Comedian Julia Morris will also be on hand, along with all of 7's local personalities Susannah Carr, Rick Ardon, Basil Zempilas, Natalia Cooper,
Emmy Kubainksi, Sally Bowrey, Adrian Barich, Monica Koss and the teams
from Seven News and Today Tonight.
