BEACH WORK

From the day i started training i was lucky to have the knowledge on what benefits that the beach can have on our racing dogs.

From work out that are low impact on joints and bones to skin conditioning that the dogs get coat wise,
all the way down to working on ther cardio which helps them cover ground better when racing.

There is just endless benefits that you will get when you take the time out to take your loved 1 for the day at the beach.

They normaly just about go to sleep on the way home which indicates on a clear scale ther sign of relaxation which seems to be the biggest winner on race night when not over useing excess stamina before the race.

In my whole time trainming i have become nothing except surprised by the factor that our kennels do seem to be the only 1s in WA that usae this type of cross training.

With out a doubt all its beneffits will come to the borad when you apply a few of these skills above properly and your dogs will never ever be the same agin when it comes to Summer and training sunny
