After listening to a race call like no other from Shannon with the terms "He's afew lengths behind the four dog" followed by a "Hang on, Here he comes" followed by "It's all over", we could have some good times ahead of us
Thanks BOX 1

Now this is a tricky 1 On most occasions i expect the worse as racing does have its funny ways of putting you up and just dragging you down as quick as you can say boo
So far i have had a few dogs that have struggled at Canno due to various reasons and have always gave there all even when coming home minus a $ and a bit worse for ware due to hard luck racing.
But when you and think to your self is this the best dog i have had run up my tracks as well as is he the best i have put around canno potential wise with age into account... Then i simply said yes 7 days ago at nomination time.
Im not going to drag oon with ins and outs on details as this boy and me want to do it on the track, but i will say at a time when some stock of mine would of at the task ahead while heading down the back straight that this boy is 1 of a handfull that has got that little flutter in guts going.
In other words hes not a champion but is going to make a real FINE race dog with age and strength

Started once in SA and failed to beat a runner home. That effort was on September 30 and last Wednesday he won a qually here in 31.28 over Buckle Up Shaz. Awkwardly boxed but will have plenty of support first up.

Thanks Dan,
i reckon if he can be within 4 or 5 down the back he'll run over the top of them. There isn't anything with much early toe, so if he can jump and find the front he'll be off faster than a brides nighty.

unlucky start to the race got squashed between 2 other greyhounds but this dog has got heart kept trying all the way home for third. Next race with better luck from the start and he will win for sure. best thing is outside leg kept looking for a way to get to the front id say your def in for a good ride with this dog.well done.

Pretty solid first up effort for bob.
Like Dan said he got crunched at the start but didn't throw in the towel. he dead set rattled home for 3rd which was top stuff. box 4 next week will get him closer to the fence.
top effort allround. Well done..
