Hi Paul & Shannon - Bad luck last Friday in Mandurah. Hope you had a good trip east Paul. We are off to Perth on Friday to get this plaster off my leg, at long last - is Benny likely to be running in Mandurah on Friday night . If he is, we will call in on our way home. Sorry for not getting back sooner as i missed this post.
He pulled up sore in the front leg and this week will go for a x-ray to see if theres any bone chip or splint in the front right leg.

I dont think there is but want to be safe rather than sorry.
He had a run yesterday which was only OK by his standards that did open my eyes.

I would say he will be back all going well with the xray in 2 weeks.
will up date as soon as i get any info.

No problems with the x-ray which was all great news.
hIS BLOOD COUNT WAS A BIT OFF AND HAS BEING RECTAFIED AS WELL.
Have being working on 1 off his muscles and feel that he should be ready to come back this week or next.

I will know more tommorrow after his run,
Either way hes feeling real good and only needs a inside draw to help his cause next start.

What a gutsy effort by the boy.
Seems that he is hitting his straps well with a bit more age under him as well as weight.

Hes bloody done well for 2010 this boy and with out a doubt put us on the map with a few bigger races to come with any luck.

From now on the big boy heads to cannington in 2011 to improve on his previous hard luck runs.

Trust me i just have a real big feeling hes going to show the real ben with any luck
